Personal Hairstyle Limited (trading as Frooly) (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Information We May Collect


From You We may collect and process the following data about you:

 - Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.frooly.com (“our site”). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material, requesting further services, email notifications or other forms of communications. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or a promotion or when you report a problem with our site.
 - If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
 - We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you, and the submission of appropriate evidence of your identity, such as a passport certified by a professional and an original utility bill showing your address.
